Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds in form of original payment.

If item is damaged we ask that you send photos of the damaged product. If an item is damaged we offer replacement with same product or similar product, if item is out of stock.

Delivery & Shipping
Do to the nature of shipping, all orders for all customers are shipped out on the Saturday of the week it is ordered.
Example: You placed an order Sunday night, it will be shipped on the Saturday of that week.
So please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping. We ship all our product through USPS in Flat Rate envelopes depending on size of order.
If the product ordered is needed right away please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We will try our best to accommodate express orders.

Each product is subject to Tax and Shipping Cost. Our Shipping cost is calculated based on Flat Rate Envelopes through USPS.
We do offer gift cards as a gift. We have both physical and electronic gift cards depending on customers preference for the gift.
